THAI BASIL

Widely used throughout Southeast Asia, its flavor has a hint of licorice and spice. Recent research suggests that basil can help fight bacteria, viruses and chronic disease. It’s iron-rich and known to detox the liver.  Impress your friends by muddling it for refreshing herbaceous summer cocktails.  Fun fact: the blooms are edible and make a beautiful garnish or salad topper.

KALE, THYME, SAGE, GREEK BASIL

Kale is king of super healthy greens and is one of the most nutrient dense foods of the planet. It’s loaded with powerful antioxidants & vitamin C.

Thyme is a nutrient-dense spice with a beautiful fragrance.  It has been used since ancient times for its medicinal properties.

Sage’s wonderful health-promoting properties are held in such high esteem that the International Herb Association awarded it as “Herb on the Year”.  Antioxidant rich, it makes a great anti-inflammatory and brain booster.

Greek Basil is actually native to Southeast Asia and was brought to Europe in the middle ages. It goes deliciously well with tomatoes. Fun fact: do like the Greeks and place it on outside tables to keep flies away.
