Our new hand-crafted lemonade has a small-but-mighty secret.

Not only is it half the calories and sugar of soda, but it’s loaded with the health-giving benefits of flaxseed and organic apple cider vinegar…all without sacrificing taste.

This stuff is the real deal — it’s not made from syrup or out of a box.  It tastes so good, you wouldn’t even know it’s so incredibly wholesome.

The Art of Making Hand-Crafted Lemonade

We make our lemonade fresh in-house daily the old fashioned way.

First, we steep ground golden flaxseed to release all those great Omega 3′s.  The liquid is strained twice through a fine sieve. Even with the straining process there will still be small pieces of flaxseed left behind. This produces a thick flaxseed syrup to which we add real sugar, fresh lemon juice and Bragg’s organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar.

The result is a bright, lightly sweetened lemonade that is the perfect complement to one of our bowls. From time to time, we’ll infuse our lemonade with seasonal fruit to reflect the season.
