Sage’s wonderful health-promoting properties are held in such high esteem that the International Herb Association awarded it as “Herb on the Year”. Antioxidant rich, it makes a great anti-inflammatory and brain booster.
Greek Basil is actually native to Southeast Asia and was brought to Europe in the middle ages. It goes deliciously well with tomatoes. Fun fact: do like the Greeks and place it on outside tables to keep flies away.
